d walking exercises it seemed every other month! Then I would binge and go back to my old ways. My friends would say menopausal women have a hard time losing weight. Well I'm here to say you can loose weight. In April of, I started to do pilates the circle and cut out sweets and bread, I also cut out cream in my coffee and tea I just take it black. I would do the pilates on Mon, Wed, amp Friday. I would walk on the treadmill for min on Tues, Thurs, amp Saturdays. Sunday was house cleaning day. I have lost lbs in months. This is the first time something has worked for me. Imagine, starting a diet every month for the last ten years. Pilates worked for me. I'm no longer embarrassed to go places. I want to loose another lbs by Thanksgiving, I have no doubt that I will. July, at Joanne says Susie, Congrats on your great success! I just turned and I am finding it hard to get these stubborn pounds off so your story is inspiring to me. Could you tell me which of the circle workouts you are doing and for how long? I am doing the regular Winsors the original tapes without the circle and am wondering if I would be be er off switching to the circle workout instead to get me out of my plateau? Also, at what pace on the treadmill are you walking? I usually try to do between. but am not sure if that is fast enough or not. Thanks for your help.
